I believe I can really see a difference, a substantiial improvement, in my 16 year old French Poodle's cloudy eyes. I see them gradually returning to their natural black color. He's very focused and much more active, running around like a puppy. He also appears to have a lot more energy since he started taking Aurapets' drops. I put the drops into his food and he eats it. I din't think it would work at first, but I'm happy to see significant improvement.
Our Parson Terrier, Romeo is 14 going on 15. His left eye had clouded over and the right was not far behind. Romeo was no longer his happy, peppy self. He has to contend with two dachshund siblings. I ordered AuraPets out of desperation. Three months later after diligently giving Romeo a daily dose- he is much more active and can maneuver beautifully throughout the house and has returned to his daily neighbor patrols outside. My 13-year-old Cocker Spaniel has one eye completely covered with a cataract. The other eye is starting to cloud up. I found this product while doom scrolling one afternoon. I sent a screen shot of the ingredients to a vet tech. I decided to give it a try. I believe we are on our 4th bottle/month, and the total cataract eye is not watering or having mucus draining much anymore. The other eye seems to be clearing up, possibly. I do know my dog is seeing better as the walls do not jump in the way as often now.

I think I am starting to see a little less cloudiness in my Macha's eyes. Will keep using the drops, which i have to put on her food because she won't take it from the dropper.
